This is because technology savvy consumers have more access to online buying channels.
Digital car trading platforms are further disrupting the dealership environment on a wholesale level. Dealers are being charged exorbitant amounts of money just to sell used cars to consumers. For the consumer though, this is seen as another online tool to find the perfect car. This paints a grim picture for dealerships Australia-wide.
